171 Effect and term of search warrant (1) A search warrant permits the environmental officer to whom it is directed, and any other environmental officer, to: (a) enter the land or premises specified in the warrant; and (b) exercise the powers of the environmental officer under this Act in relation to the land or premises. (2) A warrant remains in force for 30 business days from its date of issue.
