135Amount of levy

135 Amount of levy (1) The amount of environment protection levy to be paid by a person must be determined in accordance with the regulations. (2) The regulations may deal with matters relevant to the determination, payment and collection of the environment protection levy. (3) The regulations may provide for the amount of the environment protection levy and the method of calculating the levy to be different in relation to different classes of actions, industries or (4) An environment protection levy paid by a person is not refundable.
