124W Amendment of risk criteria and standard conditions (1) The Minister may amend the risk criteria or standard conditions on completion of a review. (2) The Minister may amend the risk criteria or standard conditions without conducting a review if the amendment is an administrative (3) The Minister must publish the amended risk criteria or standard conditions as soon as practicable after the risk criteria or standard conditions are amended. (4) The amended risk criteria or standard conditions take effect on the date that they are published or on a later date specified in the publication. Environment Protection Act 2019 88
