124U Standard conditions (1) The Minister may approve standard conditions for this Part. (2) The standard conditions may provide for the management of the environmental impacts of any aspect of the environment associated with a mining activity. (3) The Minister may approve different standard conditions for different types of mining activity and for different phases of a mining activity. (4) A standard condition providing for the management of the environmental impact of a mining activity may apply inside or outside a mining site. (5) The Minister must publish standard conditions as soon as practicable after the conditions are approved under this section.
