124M Environmental (mining) licence for exploration activities relating to exploration applies to any phase of mining activity associated with exploration, including: (a) exploration activities; and (b) remediation and rehabilitation of land as a result of exploration activities; and (c) closure of those parts of a mining site that are not required for mining operations; and (d) post-closure monitoring, management and reporting of the parts of the mining site that have been rehabilitated and closed.
