124 Publication of approval of transfer and reasons (1) The Minister must publish a decision to approve a transfer of an environmental approval under this Division as soon as practicable after the decision is made. (2) The Minister must publish a statement of reasons for a decision to approve or refuse to approve a transfer of an environmental approval under this Division. (3) In addition to subsections (1) and (2), if the Minister amends the environmental approval under section 123(3), the Minister must publish the following as soon as practicable after the decision to approve the transfer of the environmental approval is made: (a) the amended environmental approval; (b) a statement of reasons for the amendment.
