114 Revocation at request of approval holder (1) This section applies if an approval holder requests the Minister to revoke an environmental approval on the basis that all remediation, rehabilitation and closure requirements of the approval have been met. (2) The Minister may revoke the environmental approval if the Minister is satisfied that the approval is no longer required because all remediation, rehabilitation and closure requirements of the approval have been met to the satisfaction of the Minister. (3) The revocation of an environmental approval under this section does not prevent the issue of a closure notice in relation to any activities under the approval or for the closure of the site. (4) The Minister must make a decision on the request within the required time.
