112 Notice to statutory decision-makers The Minister must give written notice to any statutory decision- maker consulted in relation to an environmental approval of: (a) the Minister's intention to revoke or suspend an environmental (b) a decision by the Minister under this Division: (i) to revoke an environmental approval; or (ii) to suspend an environmental approval; or (iii) not to revoke or suspend an environmental approval after a show cause notice is given under section 111.
