109 Revocation of environmental approval The Minister may revoke an environmental approval: (a) if the Minister becomes aware of information that was not available to the Minister at the time of granting the approval and the Minister is satisfied that the approval would not have been granted if the information had been available; or (b) if the Minister, as a result of the monitoring of compliance with or enforcement of this Act or the approval or otherwise, is of the opinion that the approval holder is not a fit and proper person to hold the approval; or (c) if the Minister, as a result of the monitoring of compliance with or enforcement of this Act or the approval or otherwise, believes on reasonable grounds that: (i) the environmental impacts of an action cannot be appropriately avoided, mitigated or managed; and (ii) an environmental offset is not appropriate; or (d) at the request of the approval holder.
