102A Conditions of approval notice (1) An approval notice may be issued subject to any conditions that the Minister considers necessary to manage the potential environmental impacts of the action and imposes on the approval notice in accordance with this section. (2) The conditions of an approval notice must not authorise activities that, together with the activities authorised under any other approval notice relating to the environmental approval, would exceed any threshold for those activities specified in the (3) The conditions of an approval notice must be conditions that could be imposed on an environmental approval. (4) The conditions of an approval notice must not be inconsistent with the conditions of the environmental approval. Environment Protection Act 2019 64 (5) For this section, a condition of an approval notice is not inconsistent with the conditions of the environmental approval if the condition is more stringent than the conditions of the environmental approval. (6) At the Minister's discretion, an approval notice may contain only conditions that are applicable to managing the significant impacts of the action to which the approval notice relates. (7) The person issued with an approval notice must comply with the conditions of the approval notice.
