99 Consideration of environment reference standards The Minister must take into account environment reference standards when making a decision relating to— (a) whether to recommend the making of regulations under this Act; or (b) whether to recommend the making of a compliance code; or (c) whether to declare an issue to be an issue of environmental concern.
