94 Application of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 to environment reference standards (1) Section 12F(1)(a) of the **Subordinate Legislation Act 1994** applies to an environment reference standard as if the reference to a significant economic or social burden were a reference to a significant impact. (2) The **Subordinate Legislation Act 1994** applies to an environment reference standard as if a reference to a regulatory impact statement were a reference to an impact assessment prepared under section 95(1). (3) Section 12H(1), (2) and (4) of the **Subordinate Legislation Act 1994** do not apply to an environment reference standard.
