87 Registration of non-prescribed activities (1) The Governor in Council may by Order require a specified activity or class of activity to be subject to section 85, for a period of not more than 3 years, as if it were an activity prescribed to be subject to registration under that section. (2) An Order made under this section may exempt persons from the operation of the Order in specified circumstances or if the person meets specified requirements.
