73 Statement as to whether activity specified in development licence completed (1) The holder of a development licence may apply, in the form and manner approved by the Authority, for a statement from the Authority as to whether the Authority considers the holder to have completed the activity specified in the development licence to the Authority's satisfaction. (2) The Authority must provide a written statement under subsection (1) within 20 business days after receiving an application under that subsection.
