64 Breach of prescribed permission conditions A person must not breach— (a) a prescribed condition of a permission issued or granted to the person; or (b) a condition of a permission issued or granted to the person that is included in a prescribed class of conditions; or (c) a condition of a permission issued or granted to the person in prescribed circumstances. An offence against this section is an infringement offence within the meaning of the **Infringements Act 2006** (see section 307).
