51B Timing for consideration of application if more information required The time in which the Authority or council must deal with a relevant permission application does not include— (a) if the Authority or council requires information under section 51A, the period from the date that the Authority or council makes the request until the date on which the Authority or council receives the information; or (b) any period that the Authority or council and the applicant agree is not to be included in that time.
