50A Notice and payment of additional application fees
(1) In addition to the prescribed fee for the application, the Authority or council (as the case requires) may require an applicant for a relevant permission application to pay a fee for the application—
(a) at a time after the application is made and in addition to the fee for the application that is required to accompany the application; and
(3) The Authority or council to whom a fee under subsection (1) is payable must give the applicant written notice specifying the fee—
(a) no later than 10 business days after determining the application; or
(b) if inspection of works authorised by the permit is required after the application is determined, within 10 business days of the final inspection of the works.
(4) An applicant to whom a notice of a fee is given under subsection (3) must pay the fee specified in the notice within 20 business days after issue of the notice.
(5) This section does not apply to a relevant permission application referred to in paragraph (b), (d), (e) or (i) of the definition of relevant permission application.
