501 Saving of the Environment Protection (Vehicle Emissions) Regulations 2013 Despite the repeal of the old Act, the Environment Protection (Vehicle Emissions) Regulations 2013 as in force immediately before the commencement day, are taken to remain in force during the period— (a) beginning on the commencement day; and (b) ending on 10 December 2023 or, if the regulations are revoked before that date, on the day on which they are revoked.
