490 Money standing to the credit of Municipal and Industrial Landfill Levy Trust Account On the commencement day, any money standing to the credit of the Municipal and Industrial Landfill Levy Trust Account as in existence immediately before the commencement day is taken to be money standing to the credit of the Municipal and Industrial Waste Levy Trust Account that is established and maintained under section 448 on and after the commencement day.
