460 Impersonation A person must not falsely hold themself out to be all or any of the following— (a) an analyst; (b) an authorised officer; (c) a council officer who is performing a function or duty or exercising a power under this Act ; (d) an environmental auditor; (e) a litter enforcement officer; (f) a residential noise enforcement officer; (g) a person or a member of a class of person that is a prescribed role; (h) any other person performing a function or duty or exercising a power under this Act.
