459A Timing for dealing with applications for exemptions (1) Subject to subsection (2), the Authority must determine an application for an exemption under section 459 within 15 business days of receiving the application. (2) The time in which the Authority must deal with the application for an exemption under section 459 does not include— (a) if the Authority requires information under section 459B, the period from the date that the Authority makes the request until the date on which the Authority receives the information; or (b) any period that the Authority and the applicant agree is not to be included in that time.
