435 Matters VCAT must take into account In determining an application for review under this Division, VCAT must take into account— (a) any relevant planning scheme approved under the **Planning and Environment Act 1987**; and (b) if VCAT considers it appropriate, any planning scheme that, at the time VCAT considers the application, is not approved under the **Planning and Environment Act 1987**; and (c) any relevant environment reference standard or order under section 156(1); and (d) if VCAT considers it appropriate, any agreement entered into under section 173 of the **Planning and Environment Act 1987**.
