380 Authority not to prejudice investigations of the IBAC (1) If the Authority is, or becomes, aware of an IBAC investigation, the Authority must take all reasonable steps to ensure that the performance of its functions or duties or the exercise of its powers does not prejudice the IBAC investigation. (2) For the purposes of ensuring compliance with subsection (1), the Authority may consult the IBAC.
