364 Conditions of office for Governing Board members (1) A member of the Governing Board— (a) holds office for the period, not exceeding 5 years, specified in the instrument of appointment; and (b) holds office on the terms and conditions (including remuneration and allowances) specified in the instrument of appointment; and S. 364(1)(c) substituted by No. 14/2025 s. 36(1). (c) subject to subsection (3), is eligible for reappointment; and (d) in respect of the office of member of the Governing Board, is subject to the **Public Administration Act 2004** (other than Part 3 of that Act). (2) An instrument of appointment may specify other terms and conditions of appointment not inconsistent with this Act. S. 364(3) inserted by No. 14/2025 s. 36(2). (3) A person must not hold office as a member of the Governing Board for a total period of more than 10 years. S. 13 renumbered as s. 365 by No. 39/2018 s. 22.
