353 Conduct of employee, agent or officer taken to be conduct of body corporate For the purposes of this Act, any conduct engaged in on behalf of a body corporate by an employee, agent or officer of the body corporate is also taken to be conduct engaged in by the body corporate if the employee, agent or officer is acting within the actual or apparent scope of the employee's, agent's or officer's employment or authority.
