352 Application of civil penalties to officers of bodies corporate If a body corporate that is a corporation within the meaning of section 57A of the Corporations Act contravenes a civil penalty provision that is specified in section 349(2) or 350(2), sections 349 and 350 apply to an officer of the body corporate— (a) as if a reference to the commission of an offence were a reference to a contravention of the civil penalty provision; and (b) as if a reference to a defence to a charge for an offence were a reference to a defence to the alleged contravention of the civil penalty provision; and (c) as if a reference to a prosecution or finding of guilt for an offence were a reference to the bringing of proceedings for, or a finding of a contravention in relation to, a contravention of the civil penalty provision; and (d) with any other necessary modifications.
