346 Authority to be able to recover costs of analysis (1) In proceedings under this Act in which legal costs are awarded to the Authority or to a person appointed by the Authority to take proceedings, the Court may include in those costs the reasonable cost of work conducted by the Authority. (2) A document that— (a) sets out charges for work similar to work conducted by the Authority; or (b) purports to estimate the reasonable cost of work conducted by the Authority; and (c) is signed by, or on behalf of, a person who purports to be a person who charges for doing work similar to that conducted by the Authority— is evidence of the reasonable cost of work conducted by the Authority. (3) For the purposes of this section, ***work conducted by the Authority*** includes, but is not limited to, analysis, measurement, recording, evaluation, testing or inspection conducted by the Authority.
