34 Privilege against self-incrimination does not apply (1) A person is not excused from notifying the Authority under section 32 on the grounds that the information provided by the person as part of a notification might tend to incriminate the person or make the person liable to a penalty. (2) A notification or any information given by a person as part of a notification under section 32 is not admissible in evidence against the person in a proceeding for an offence or for the imposition of a penalty, other than a proceeding that relates to false or misleading information that is provided by the person in relation to a notification.
