332 Restorative project orders (1) The Court may order the person to carry out a project for the restoration or enhancement of the environment in a public place or for the public benefit, whether or not the project is related to the offence or contravention. (2) Without limiting subsection (1), an order under that subsection may require the person to pay an amount of money, for the carrying out of a project for the restoration or enhancement of the environment in a public place or for the public benefit, to— (a) a specified person or organisation; or (b) the Restorative Project Account.
