330 Adverse publicity orders The Court may order the person to do one or more of the following— (a) take any specified action that the Court considers reasonably necessary to publicise— (i) the person's offence or contravention; or (ii) any impacts on human health or the environment or other consequences arising or resulting from the offence or contravention; and (iii) any penalties imposed, or other orders made, as a result of the commission of the offence or contravention; and (iv) any additional information the Court considers appropriate; (b) take any specified action that the Court considers reasonably necessary to notify a specified person or class of person of the matters listed in paragraph (a).
