311 Consent orders The Court may make an order under section 309 restraining a person from engaging in specified conduct or requiring a person to take any specific action whether or not the Court is satisfied that the person has engaged, or is proposing to engage, in conduct that constitutes or would constitute a contravention or non-compliance as required by section 309 if all parties to the proceeding consent to the making of the order.
