310Interim orders

310 Interim orders (1) On the application of the Authority or an eligible person, a Court may make an interim order, in such terms as the Court considers appropriate, pending the determination of an application under section 309. (2) An application for an interim order under subsection (1) may be made ex parte. (3) If the Court has determined to grant an interim order under subsection (1), the Court must not, as a condition of granting the interim order, require the Authority to give any undertaking as to damages or costs.
