305 No further proceedings if enforceable undertaking is complied with If the Authority accepts an enforceable undertaking in relation to a contravention or alleged contravention of this Act or the regulations, or any other Act or the regulations made under any other Act and the Authority is satisfied the enforceable undertaking has been complied with, the Authority must not commence criminal proceedings for an offence that is constituted by the contravention or alleged contravention that the undertaking is given in relation to.
