304 Proceedings following withdrawal of enforceable undertaking If the Authority accepts an enforceable undertaking in relation to a contravention or alleged contravention of this Act or the regulations, or any other Act or the regulations made under any other Act and the person withdraws the enforceable undertaking before the Authority is satisfied the enforceable undertaking has been complied with, the Authority may commence proceedings for any offence that is constituted by the contravention or alleged contravention that the undertaking is given in relation to.
