280 Notification of notices
(1) The occupier of any place or premises to whom a notice or an order has been issued under this Chapter and that is still in force must provide to any person who proposes to become the occupier of that place or premises as to—
(a) a copy of the notice or order; and
(b) details of the steps which have been taken (if any) to comply with the notice or order.
(2) If a person becomes the occupier of any place or premises and the previous occupier did not comply with subsection (1), the current occupier may, within 12 months of becoming the occupier, recover from the previous occupier in a court of competent jurisdiction any reasonable costs incurred in complying with any requirements contained in a notice or an order issued to the previous occupier that were not complied with.
