279 Amendment of notices The Authority or an authorised officer may, by notice in writing given to the person to whom a notice under Part 10.2 or 10.3 has been issued— (a) extend the period during which the person must comply with the notice if the Authority or authorised officer is satisfied that the circumstances of the case justify an extension of that period; and (b) revoke or amend any requirement specified in the notice.
