267 Assault, intimidation or threatening of authorised officer If an authorised officer is performing a function or duty or exercising a power under this Act, a person must not do any of the following—— (a) assault the authorised officer or any person assisting the authorised officer; (b) directly or indirectly intimidate or threaten the authorised officer or any person assisting the authorised officer; (c) attempt to assault, intimidate or threaten the authorised officer or any person assisting the authorised officer. Penalty: In the case of a natural person, 2 years imprisonment, or 240 penalty units, or both;
