244Directions in respect of authorised officers

244 Directions in respect of authorised officers (1) The Authority may give directions in respect of— (a) the qualifications or training a person must have before the person may be appointed as an authorised officer; or (b) the procedure for appointing a person as an authorised officer; or (c) the conduct of authorised officers. (2) A person or body who is given a direction under subsection (1) must comply with that direction.
