237 Appointment of convenor (1) In establishing a conference of interested persons under section 236, the Authority must appoint a person as the convenor of the conference. (2) The function of a convenor appointed under subsection (1) is— (a) to convene the conference of interested persons; and (b) to preside at the conference of interested persons; and (c) for the purposes of section 238, to make any recommendations to the Authority arising out of the conference of interested persons.
