209 Environmental auditor must notify the Authority of environmental audit If an environmental auditor is engaged to conduct an environmental audit, the environmental auditor must, within 5 business days after receiving a request to conduct the audit, send to the Authority a statement in writing specifying— (a) the name of the person who has engaged the environmental auditor to conduct the audit; and (b) the location of the site of the proposed audit; and (c) the proposed completion date of the audit.
