198Reappointment of environmental auditors

198 Reappointment of environmental auditors (1) An environmental auditor may make an application to the Authority for reappointment as an environmental auditor. (2) An application for reappointment must— (b) provide any information required by the Authority; and (c) be made within the prescribed time; and (d) be accompanied by the prescribed application fee. (3) If the Authority considers it necessary for the purpose of determining an application for reappointment, the Authority may require the applicant to provide further information to the Authority within a specified time. (4) The Authority may approve or refuse an application for reappointment. S. 199 inserted by No. 39/2018 s. 7 (as amended by Nos 27/2019 ss 12−30, 3/2020 ss 42–44, 47/2020 s. 26).
