195 Approval of application for appointment as environmental auditor If the Authority decides to approve an application for appointment as an environmental auditor, the Authority must notify the applicant in writing of— (a) the Authority's decision; and (b) any conditions to which the appointment is subject; and (c) the period of appointment (not exceeding 3 years).
