194 Refusal of application for appointment as environmental auditor (1) If the Authority proposes to refuse an application for appointment as an environmental auditor, the Authority must give written notice to the applicant that— (a) the Authority intends to refuse the application for appointment and the reasons for the proposed refusal; and (b) the applicant may make submissions to the Authority in relation to the proposed refusal. (2) The Authority must not refuse an application for appointment unless the Authority— (a) has given written notice to the applicant under subsection (1); and (b) has given the applicant a reasonable opportunity to make submissions; and (c) has taken into consideration any submissions made by the applicant.
