187 Failure to comply with better environment plans
If a participant does not comply with a better environment plan, the Authority may—
(a) suspend the operation of the plan; or
(b) suspend the participation of the participant in the plan; or
(c) remove the participant from the plan; or
(d) revoke the plan.
