155 Failure to comply with Orders relating to environmentally hazardous substances (1) A person to whom an Order made under section 154(1) applies must comply with that Order. Section 314 provides that subsection (1) is a civil penalty provision. The penalty for contravention of this civil penalty provision is set out in the table in section 314.
