130 Court orders (1) A litter enforcement officer may apply to the Court for an order compelling a person to comply with a waste information gathering notice. (2) A litter enforcement officer may apply for an order under subsection (1) whether or not a proceeding has been commenced for an offence against this Act or the regulations. S. 131 inserted by No. 39/2018 s. 7 (as amended by Nos 27/2019 ss 12−30, 3/2020 ss 42–44, 47/2020 s. 26).
