124 Powers of entry of litter enforcement officers For the purposes of performing a function or duty or exercising a power under this Part, a litter enforcement officer may enter a part of premises or a place, at any reasonable time, if— (a) that part is not being used as residential premises; and (b) the officer reasonably believes that an offence against section 115(1), (2), (3) or (4) or section 121(5) or (7) is being, or is likely to be, committed at any part of the premises or place that is not being used for residential premises.
