119 Litter enforcement officer may request persons to remove waste A person who deposits waste in or on premises or a place must remove the waste if— (a) the waste is deposited in contravention of this Part or a litter enforcement officer reasonably believes that the waste is deposited in contravention of this Part; and (b) the person is requested to do so by a litter enforcement officer. Penalty: In the case of a natural person, 10 penalty units; In the case of a body corporate, 50 penalty units.
