99 Inspection of premises—routine inspections An authorised officer who enters premises under section 96 (1) may do any of the following in relation to the premises or anything on the premises: (a) inspect or examine; (b) take measurements or conduct tests; (c) take samples for analysis; (d) examine records or documents relating to the operation of equipment and the operational processes carried out on those premises; (e) take photographs, films, or audio, video or other recordings.
