97 Entry of premises—search warrants
(1) If an authorised officer has reasonable grounds for suspecting that
there may be on any premises a thing of a particular kind connected
with a particular offence against this Act, the authorised officer may
enter premises under a search warrant under section 104.
(2) An authorised officer may enter premises under subsection (1) with
the assistance and by the force that is necessary and reasonable.
(3) A police officer may, if called on by an authorised officer to do so,
assist the authorised officer in the execution of a search warrant.
